Our series of heads cover bores from diameter 0,3 mm until dimeter 2’200 mm, and we can provide analogical or digital interfaces that allow customers to select the measuring unit they want to work with (mm or Inches)

Turning Tools, Swiss Tools®

Description:
For turning operations executed on turning or turn-mill machines we have developed a complete portfolio of standard and quick change tools that covers all the main machining needs of end-users: external turning and long internal turning with an active dampening bar.

Quick Change for Swiss type machines, Swiss Tools®

Description:
To increase the flexibility of Swiss-type machines, and to significantly reduce the set-up time, Swisstools has develop a quick change system.

This solution provides a huge cost savings with no impact on technical performance.

A very high precision and repeatability is guaranteed in term of carbide insert positioning for every head change, and the rigidity of the interface is as effective as the classic monobloc insert holder in term of stiffness.
